Second Cup Swing - savour the dance

This is just quick-&-dirty list of what I recall doing last week and what I'd imagine we'd be doing for the rest of the session. I didn't really check notes from our previous syllabus much so I'd expect to fill this out more later.
I'm still exploring ways we might have this in a shared document environment but I haven't succeeded yet.
Hopefully if I update this based on our thoughts then it will still be of some use as we proceed through the sessions. Let me know what you think :-)

Session 1, week 1
• 6-count footpattern to music (first clap to music??)
• frame exercise with follows’ arms on leads’ shoulders (side, forward, back)
• frame energy exercise with pole (side, forward, back)
energy tension/compresion exercise with pole (pulse sends back & forth)
• frame energy exercise with pole and follow has elastic band (side, forward, back)
• frame energy exercise with elastic band (side, forward, back & ladies’ pass, guys’ pass etc. - then follow to side)
• frame energy exercise with hand connection (side, forward, back & ladies’ pass, guys’ pass etc. - then follow to side, arrest energy or let it continue to ride it around. Guy’s arm must be strong)
• Bring follow to side, send follow out to open
• Feel connection with follow at side (ck arm positions and sit), feel weight sift front to back
• Feel connection with follow at side, feel guy open frame lead to rock-step
•Rock-step/stepForward/stepBack then rock-step/tripleForward/tripleBack
• Send follow to open off rock-AND of the rock-step, tripleForward/tripleForward
